Project management process improvement
Projects in the company’s organizational structure depending on business type, goals and management system. Program and portfolio management tools. Process definition and improvement, corporate project management methodology development. Objects of “Project Management Office” functional division

Project management tools and Executives roles in projects
Provision of horizontal interaction, distribution of responsibility and authority between functional and project managers. Program description

The course is held both as an open-enrollment seminar and in corporate mode. The program incorporates a business case study that encompasses the whole course and guides participants through all PM processes from initiation to closeout and let them work out basic approaches to project management process implementation in the company depending on different organizational conditions.

Participants get not only a hard copy of the course textbook but also a CD-ROM with the electronic version of the handouts and additional information on the main subjects of the seminar.

The course lasts commonly for two days, and the participants earn 16 PDU according to PMI R.E.P. program.
